The bill (Reg. No. 2402) aims at refining legal procedure of organizing and holding the All-Ukrainian referendum; unifying legal terms and definitions, used in this sphere of legal regulation; and adjusting legislative acts of Ukraine in line with law “On the All-Ukrainian Referendum”.
It is suggested amend the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, the Criminal Code, the Code of Administrative Proceedings, the laws “On Print Mass Media in Ukraine”, “On Central Election Commission”, “On Election of the Deputies of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Local Councils, as well as Village, Township and City Mayors”, and “On the Principles of State Language Policy”.
Following the results of discussion, people’s deputies gave equal number of votes for and against the bill.
